Job summary

Stockland, Sydney-based with national travel requirements, is seeking an experienced Organisational Capability & Experience Consultant to partner with leaders, influence culture, and design learning programs that support behavioural safety, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in organisational development, learning and development, employee experience, or a related People & Culture role.
• Exceptional facilitation skills, with experience delivering engaging workshops and learning programs to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing and implementing capability, leadership, culture, or behavioural change initiatives.
• Experience delivering safety learning programs and a genuine interest in behavioural safety and creating positive safety cultures.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organisational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning programs with a strong focus on behavioural safety, leadership capability, and cultural outcomes.
• Partner with leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to identify capability needs and implement practical development solutions.
• Lead organisational development and learning projects from design through to delivery and evaluation.
• Use data, insights and feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously improve programs and experiences.
• Travel nationally as required to deliver programs and build capability across our diverse workforce.

We're Looking For

An experienced Organisational Capability & Experience Consultant who brings energy, credibility, and a hands on approach to learning and organisational development. You are an engaging facilitator who can confidently work across diverse stakeholder groups, drive behaviour change, and create impactful learning experiences that help our people perform at their best.

What You'll Do

As part of the Organisational Capability & Experience team, you'll partner with leaders and stakeholders across the business to design and deliver capability, culture, and employee experience initiatives that support Stockland's strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitate engaging learning programs with a strong focus on behavioural safety, leadership capability, and cultural outcomes.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Demonstrated experience in organisational development, learning and development, employee experience, or a related People & Culture role.

• Experience delivering safety learning programs and a genuine interest in behavioural safety and creating positive safety cultures.


• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organisational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
