Job summary

Harmony seeks an experienced Ore Processing Supervisor to lead daily operations at the CSA Mine in Cobar, NSW. You will supervise processing personnel, optimise plant performance and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards while meeting production targets.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering and related processing activities, with a proven track record in leadership and continuous improvement within a processing plant

Qualifications

• Experience in ore processing operations, including supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering and related processing steps.
• Familiarity with mining safety regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day ore processing operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop processing operators and shift personnel.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with site safety systems.
