Job summary

Scorptec is seeking an Order Fulfilment Officer to join our Sydney warehouse. You will be central to receiving, packing, dispatching and assisting with customer inquiries as we sustain growth and deliver value to our customers.

Role requires hands-on IT hardware knowledge, a current driver\'s license, and ability to operate pallet jacks and barcode scanners. Forklift experience is a plus; emphasis on safe manual handling.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work across all warehouse areas.
• Ability to identify main differences in IT hardware, components and systems.
• Attention to detail, especially matching serial numbers and product codes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch shipments to/from delivery drivers.
• Pick products from the warehouse for orders.
• Pack goods into cartons and pallets for delivery.
• Ensure timely shipment, smooth delivery and handle customer inquiries.
• Verify quantity and quality of goods, freight invoices and shipping documents.
• Assist in stock-take and inventory checks.
• Support deliveries to stores and loading/unloading of vehicles.

As an Order Fulfilment Officer,you will be integral to the operation by:

• Receiving and Dispatching shipments to and from delivery drivers.
• Picking products from the warehouse for pick-up and delivery orders.
• Packing goods into cartons and/or pallets for delivery.
• Ensure timely shipment, smooth delivery, and handling customer inquiries
• Verify quantity and quality of goods, freight invoices, and preparation of shipping documentation
• Assist in stock-take
• Deliveries around stores.
• Loading/unloading vans and trucks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A can-do attitude and willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse.
• Ability to identify main differences in IT hardware, components, and systems.
• Attention to detail, specifically in regard to matching up serial numbers and product codes.
• A current full Driver’s License
• The ability to drive a van would be an advantage
• A forklift license is recommended
• Knowledge of proper manual handling safety & procedures
• Experience using pallet jack/walkie stacker, and barcode scanners
