Job summary

QIC is seeking a hands-on Oracle HCM specialist to help shape the next phase of our People & Culture technology journey. You will implement and optimise Oracle HCM solutions, including HR Help Desk, Case Management, Knowledge Management and OTBI reporting, turning business needs into scalable, value-driving outcomes.

Reporting into the P&C System team, you will drive the Oracle optimisation roadmap, improve employee and manager experiences, and maximise value from our Oracle investments across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong OTBI reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience configuring workflows, approvals and business processes.
• End-to-end implementation from requirements to go-live.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Oracle, vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues.
• Monitor Oracle Cloud functionality and contribute ideas for enhancements.
• Support end-to-end testing of cyclical processes in P&C initiatives.
• Oversee patching and regression testing across environments.
• Maintain governance across configuration workbooks and documentation.
