Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking a transformation professional to help clients digitize with Oracle Cloud Financials. You’ll lead design workshops, guide R2R configurations, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver robust cloud-based solutions.

You’ll combine advisory and hands-on delivery, mentor a small project team, and stay current with Oracle features to drive measurable business outcomes for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (GL, FAH)
• 1+ year in functional advisory/consulting on Oracle Cloud transformation
• 1+ year end-to-end Record to Report processes
• 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud FIN implementation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years work exp)
• 1 Oracle Cloud certification

Responsabilités

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders for R2R requirements.
• Explain R2R processes and enable transformation with Oracle.
• Identify risks and options; recommend approaches.
• Provide design options using prototypes.
• Lead project team to design, test, deploy Oracle R2R solutions.
• Plan tasks and report progress.
• Build client trust to ensure delivery.
• Grow skills for business development and sales support.
• Stay current with Oracle features and industry trends.
