Job summary

Capgemini in Sydney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite transformation initiatives from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality, and collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver business value.

You will drive governance, provide updates to sponsors and senior stakeholders, and oversee financials, forecasting, and resource utilisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS transformations from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Partner with client stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver business value.
• Drive project governance, providing regular updates to sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional, onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring strong collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor project financials, including forecasting, budget management, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.
• Support project teams in delivering key implementation activities including workshops, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live readiness.
• Establish and track value realisation measures to ensure clients achieve measurable benefits from their Oracle investment.
• Contribute to pre-sales and business development activities through solution planning, estimation, resource planning, and delivery strategy.
