Job summary

Boltin is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead to drive the technical design and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions, including customizations, integrations, data migration, and reporting. You will lead the technical design, development, and delivery for EBS R12, working closely with functional consultants and stakeholders.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and integration technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS technical experience.
• Proven experience as Oracle EBS Technical Lead/Senior Technical Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS R12 technical design, development, and delivery.
• Design and develop EBS customizations, interfaces, APIs, reports, and extensions.
• Lead system integrations between Oracle EBS and external applications.
• Manage data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Work with BI Publisher/XML Publisher, and integration technologies.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and standards.
• Lead technical reviews and root-cause analysis when issues arise.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to EBS development teams.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• 1) Lead Oracle EBS R12 technical design, development, and delivery.
• 2) Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Forms and Reports.
• 3)Design and develop EBS customizations, interfaces, APIs, reports, and extensions.
• 4)Lead system integrations between Oracle EBS and external applications.
• 5)Manage data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• 6)Experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, Web Services and integration technologies.
• 7)Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and development standards.
• 8)Lead technical reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• 9)Work closely with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• 10)Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, deployment plans, and documentation.
• 11)Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
• 12)Provide technical leadership and mentoring to EBS development teams.
• 13)Exposure to Oracle Cloud/OCI or OIC is an advantage.

Experience

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS technical experience.
• Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Lead/Senior Technical Consultant.
• Strong enterprise environment and stakeholder management experience.
