Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead to steer the design and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will drive customisations, interfaces, migrations, reporting and system extensions, ensuring alignment with business needs and architectural standards.

Formación

• Extensive experience delivering Oracle E-Business Suite R12 technical solutions.
• Strong technical skills across Oracle development tools and integration technologies.
• Proven leadership experience in complex Oracle transformation or implementation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud technologies is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Oracle EBS solutions.
• Develop and oversee interfaces, customisations, conversions, reports, and integrations.
• Provide expertise across Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher, and OAF.
• Mentor technical team members and drive best-practice development standards.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
