Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Consultant to help global clients optimise planning, improve supply chain performance and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will design, implement and optimise Oracle planning solutions, enabling improved forecast accuracy, inventory management and production planning while supporting the full project lifecycle and knowledge transfer across local and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ASCP and related supply chain modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, BOM, WIP, Cost Management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to design and deliver ASCP-based planning solutions that drive improvements and business value.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations and design sessions to support decision-making.
• Configure and implement Oracle ASCP for demand and supply planning, inventory optimization and production planning.
• Support full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, data migration and deployment.
• Produce functional design documentation and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting and enhancements.
• Support UAT, knowledge transfer and change management activities.
• Provide guidance on ASCP integrations with Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management and Procurement.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution design, estimates, demonstrations and proposals.

We're seeking a talented and motivated Oracle E-Business Suite Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Consultant to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll work with leading organisations to design, implement, and optimise Oracle planning solutions, helping clients improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, production planning, and overall supply chain efficiency.

What You'll Do

As an Oracle EBS ASCP Consultant, you will partner closely with client stakeholders to design and deliver supply chain planning solutions that drive operational improvements and business value.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on supply chain planning best practices and process improvements enabled through Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
• Working with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Leading workshops, solution demonstrations, and design sessions to support business and technology decision-making.
• Configuring and implementing Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation, and production planning.
• Supporting the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Producing functional design documentation and collaborating with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and enhancements.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), knowledge transfer, and change management activities.
• Providing guidance on integrations between ASCP and related Oracle modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management and Procurement.
• Contributing to pre-sales activities including solution design, estimates, demonstrations, and proposal development.

About You

You're a collaborative and client-focused Oracle Supply Chain professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes.

Passionate about Oracle EBS and Supply Chain Planning, you bring:

• Strong experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and related Supply Chain modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, BOM, WIP, and Cost Management.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle EBS implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• The ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, testing, and solution design documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• A proactive approach, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with both local and offshore teams.
