Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Consultant to design, implement and optimise planning solutions for leading clients across industries.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle configurations, lead workshops, handle data migration, UAT and change management as part of full project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and related modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, BOM, WIP, Cost Management).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical Oracle EBS solutions across the full lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on supply chain planning best practices and ASCP-enabled improvements.
• Lead workshops, solution demonstrations and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Oracle SC planning solutions including demand and supply planning, inventory optimisation and production planning.
• Support requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, data migration and hypercare.
• Create functional design docs and collaborate with tech teams on integrations and reporting.
• Provide UAT support, change management and knowledge transfer.
