Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Oracle planning solutions for leading organisations. You will help improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, and production planning while collaborating with global teams.

You will lead workshops, translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions, and support the full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment, ensuring business value and measurable

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Oracle ASCP and related Supply Chain modules.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle EBS implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, testing, and solution design documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to work with local and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on supply chain planning best practices and ASCP-enabled process improvements.
• Translating requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Leading workshops, demonstrations, and design sessions for business and technology decisions.
• Configuring and implementing Oracle SC Planning solutions including demand/supply planning and inventory optimization.
• Supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Producing functional design documentation and collaborating with technical teams for integrations.
• Supporting UAT, knowledge transfer, and change management activities.
• Guidance on ASCP integrations with Oracle modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, Procurement).
• Contributing to pre-sales activities including design, estimates, demonstrations, and proposals.
