Job summary

Oscar Wylee Strathpine is seeking an Optical Dispenser or experienced retail sales professional to join our Strathpine team in a full-time role. You will work closely with our Optometrists and retail team to provide personalised service, helping customers find eyewear that suits their prescription, lifestyle and personal style.

You will dispense lenses and frames based on prescriptions, offer styling advice, and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in optical industry or 2+ years retail sales experience.
• Previous experience with store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
• Confident, proactive and clear communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Genuine interest in eyewear, styling and developing new skills.
• A positive, customer-focused approach.

We're looking for an Optical Dispenser or experienced retail sales professional to join our Strathpine team in a full-time role. Whether you already have optical experience or you're looking to bring your retail skills into a new industry, we'll support you to develop your eyewear knowledge and build your career with us.
