Job summary

Radley Optical is an independent Cleveland practice offering comprehensive eye care alongside complete optical services and a carefully selected eyewear collection. Backed by more than 25 years of experience, the team supports patients across everything from everyday vision care and eyewear to children's vision, dry eye and ongoing eye health management.

We're looking for a part-time Optical Assistant to join our small team. The days and hours are flexible and can be discussed around the availability of the right person.

Optical experience would be valuable but isn't essential. You may be bringing experience from reception, retail, healthcare or another customer-focused environment. What matters most is that you are organised, attentive and comfortable working with people.

The role

You'll support patients throughout their experience with the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
