• Previous optical, reception, healthcare or retail experience will be regarded favourably.
• Social media knowledge would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and coordinating appointments.
• Answering phone and in-practice enquiries.
• Processing payments and completing administration.
• Supporting eyewear collections, adjustments and frame repairs.
• Learning to assist with frame selection and lens recommendations.
• Contributing to social media where your skills and interests align.
