Responsibilities

• Greet, guide & book customers and manage bookings for upcoming visits.
• Support the eye-exam process by assisting during pre-testing with optometrists.
• Dispense glasses and help customers choose frames and lens options.
• Be the customer experience champion and ensure shoppers leave feeling great.
