Responsibilities

• Greet, guide & book: be the first friendly face, assist queries, manage bookings for next visit.
• Support the experts: assist with pre-testing and ensure smooth appointments with Optometrists.
• Frame styling: dispense glasses with tailor-made lens options for customers.
• Customer experience: maintain high professionalism and ensure customers leave feeling good.
