Job summary

Macmahon, a successful mining and civil contractor, is seeking experienced Production Operators and site-based roles across NSW hard rock mining. You’ll join a safety‑focused team delivering reliable operations with a supportive, collaborative culture.

With a late November 2026 start, opportunities include Dump Truck, Loader, Grader, Dozer, Digger, Site Administrators, HSEQ Advisors, Surveyors, Site Trainers, Managers and Supervisors.

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within mine site environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed.
• Commitment to safe work practices and job quality.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

About the Role

With a commencement date of late November 2026, Macmahon is seeking experienced Production Operators (Dump Truck, Loader, Grader, Dozer, Digger), site-based roles (Site administrators, HSEQ Advisors, Surveyors, Site Trainers) and Leadership Production roles (Manager and Supervisor) to register their interest in upcoming opportunities across NSW hard rock mining operations.

In these roles, you'll contribute to helping keep our operations safe, reliable and running efficiently. You’ll be part of a supportive team with a strong safety culture and opportunities to contribute across a variety of mining projects.
