Zusammenfassung

MLG Oz, a Perth-based, ASX-listed contractor, is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators to work on high-performing sites. You will operate CAT and KOMATSU mobile plant with a focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability, performing pre-start checks and routine maintenance.

The role supports heavy civil/mining operations and requires a full valid Australian Driver’s Licence; HR licence is preferred and a National Police Clearance is expected or obtainable.

Qualifikationen

• Australian driver's license valid in Australia (HR preferred)
• National Police Clearance required or ability to obtain one
• Experience operating heavy mobile plant in mining/civil/crushing environments is desirable

THE ROLE

Operate CAT & KOMATSU Mobile Plant with confidence and precision across dynamic environments. You’ll be trusted with:

• Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, Watercarts & Dump Trucks
• 2 weeks on 1 week off Roster ONLY (2/1)
• Additional mobile plant as required

What You’ll Do

• Operate heavy mobile plant safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-starts, inspections, and minor maintenance
• Load, haul, and move materials like a pro
• Champion safety and help build a strong, positive team culture
• Work to industry standards with pride and accountability

What You Bring

• Full Valid Australian Driver’s License (HR preferred)
• National Police Clearance
• High Risk Forklift Licence (desirable)
• Proven experience in mining, civil, or crushing environments
• Sharp problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset
