Job summary

GR Production Services is seeking an Operator Maintainer - Mechanical for a Darwin-based, newly commissioned gas plant. You will operate and maintain plant and equipment in a small, autonomous team to maximise production, reliability and plant availability.

This role offers an autonomous team environment, 15:13 roster with limited night shifts, and immediate start with long‑term career opportunities within a leading operator-aligned services provider.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Operations experience, supported by a Cert III or higher in Process Plant Operations.
• Valid Drivers Licence.
• Previous experience in the same or similar roles within Oil and Gas projects.
• Positive mindset with a team player mentality.
• Flexible approach - things can change at short notice.
• Strong communications skills.
