Job summary

Pro Scaffolding in South Australia is creating an Operations & Systems Manager role to strengthen internal systems and operational performance as the business grows. You will design, implement, and embed systems that improve visibility, accountability, and profitability across office, yard, and site teams.

Reporting directly to Directors, you will coach staff through change, drive KPIs, costing, pricing, and asset management, and lead major system rollouts across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in operations, project coordination, or process improvement.
• Strong system implementation and project management capability.
• Experience in construction, scaffolding, or related industries (highly regarded).
• Solid understanding of job costing, pricing, and profitability.
• Confidence working with trades, supervisors, admin teams, and directors.

Responsibilities

• Implement KPIs, reporting, job costing, and profitability systems.
• Improve quoting, pricing, stock control, and asset management.
• Strengthen governance, compliance, contracts, and debt processes.
• Lead key projects including office relocation and system rollouts.
• Implement project management, asset tracking, and traffic systems.
• Formalise people processes and support teams through change.
