Job summary

Nationwide Group is seeking an Operations Support - Learning & Technical to shape the next generation of Tow Truck Operators (TTOs) and operational staff. You will mentor hands-on, guide training journeys, and uphold safety and compliance standards across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role partnering with stakeholders to drive accountability, champion new ideas, and ensure high-quality coaching, with a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable.
• Valid heavy vehicle driver’s licence.
• Relevant heavy vehicle transport experience.
• Previous training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a skilled contractor network with hands-on mentorship.
• Engage with stakeholders to meet operational training needs with precision.
• Lead training journeys and champion safety and compliance standards.
