Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a senior IT infrastructure professional to lead and coordinate enterprise systems support. You will work within a skilled technical team, providing direction on design, change and incident management while ensuring service levels across the branch.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Windows platforms, SCCM, Active Directory, Group Policy and application packaging, with a focus on reliable, scalable IT services.

Qualifications

• Must participate in a highly skilled technical team providing direction and support of enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships to align operations across the branch.
• Provide high level technical skills for IT system issue analysis and solution design.
• Ensure end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems within Queensland Health.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes (incident, problem, change, config).
