Job summary

Queensland Health in Australia is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our enterprise IM/ICT team. You will promote standards, coordinate build and implementation of technical solutions, and ensure effective delivery across large-scale projects.

The role focuses on risk management, change management, incident response, and capacity planning within an ITIL framework, with opportunities to influence policy and collaborate with stakeholders across government.

Qualifications

• SFIA TECH level 5 knowledge and experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure for a large customer-focused environment.
• Ability to analyse IT system issues and design effective solutions.
• Knowledge of CyberArk PAS is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and utilises appropriate IM/ICT standards, methods and tools, aligned with enterprise architectures.
• Coordinates the build, documentation and implementation of technical solutions with best-practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks
• Installation and configuration of software, hardware and/or equipment
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of technical specialties and provides sound advice and recommendations
• Support the development, publication, implementation and compliance of project deliverables and related standards
• Undertake assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of complex IM/ICT changes
• Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning using ITIL best practices
