VitalCore Support Services in Brisbane is seeking a coordinator or team leader who can take over hiring calls, rostering, onboarding, and day-to-day service delivery with autonomy. You will recruit and onboard workers, build rosters, manage client agreements, and coordinate remote worker rotations to Cooktown.
You will also source housing for clients, ensure smooth handovers, and liaise with the General Manager. This role suits a proactive, Brisbane-based professional with NDIS experience.
Are you the coordinator or team leader who already makes the hiring calls, builds the rosters and fixes the problems, while someone above you signs off on decisions you could have made yourself? This role was written for you.
About usVitalCore is a registered NDIS provider in Queensland and we are growing fast. We run specialist brands from one back office: VitalCore for complex and remote supports, Dementia Care Queensland, and Forensic Disability Supports Queensland. Today that is 15 support workers and 8 clients, with more clients about to start.
The roleYou take over service delivery from the General Manager. When a new client signs, you make it happen, fast.
Recruit support workers for each new client: post the ad, phone screen, interview and hire with the client's preferences in mind
Onboard and train new workers so they are shift ready within days
Build and run the rosters, and fill gaps before they become unfilled shifts
Onboard clients, complete service agreements and check in through their first week
Be the person workers and clients call during the day
Run our remote worker rotation to Cooktown, including accommodation and handovers
Help source housing for clients who need it
How much freedom you getHiring, rostering, onboarding and day to day delivery are yours to run your way. Two decisions need a quick yes from the General Manager first: ending a worker's employment and ceasing a client's services. Compliance, incident reporting, complaints, payroll and invoicing stay with the General Manager. There is no after hours on call.

You have built and managed rosters
People like dealing with you. Workers stay because of you and clients trust you
You move quickly and do not need chasing

What you get$53 to $58 per hour plus super, depending on experience
A quarterly bonus tied to results you control
School friendly hours: 30 a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3pm with some flexibility
Fully remote, with an occasional client visit around South East Queensland
Laptop and phone supplied
A full month of handover alongside the General Manager
Room to grow your hours and the role as the group grows
