Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking an Operations Associate in Sydney to support first-line operational resilience across BCM, SPM, procurement and risk/compliance. You will maintain registers, evidence and action tracking for CPS 230 compliance, assist with risk system updates, ERC data, and incident reporting, and help with process improvement across resilience functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or a similar role in insurance is preferred.
• Strong PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational resilience registers and evidence.
• Support L1 incident and controls tracking from testing to closure.
• Prepare data for ERC and executive reporting packs.
• Maintain CPS 230 artefact evidence library and control testing packs.
• Document and improve recurring processes and playbooks.
