Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Resilience Manager in Sydney to join the COO Domain's Security & Control function. You will be the Line 1 resilience risk expert, advising on business continuity, IT disaster recovery and resilience maturity to keep critical services resilient when it matters most.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, COO Risk & Control, and focuses on strengthening resilience across operations, technology services and third-party providers with a strong emphasis on risk-based decision

Qualifications

Experience in at least one operational resilience discipline: BCP, IT disaster recovery, Technology Risk, or Operational Resilience.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including CPS 230.
Curious mindset to identify dependencies and resilience risks across processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication with clear insights and recommendations.
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide Line 1 resilience risk expertise across BCP, IT Disaster Recovery and resource management.
Analyse critical resource dependencies and identify resilience vulnerabilities and single points of failure.
Support resilience assessments, recovery capability reviews and risk treatment initiatives.
Strengthen integration of BCM, ITDR and broader resource management to improve resilience.
Deliver reporting and recommendations for governance and resilience maturity objectives.
Engage stakeholders to support the COO Domain’s resilience strategy and continuous improvement.
