Job summary

Sargeant Transport in Melbourne is seeking a sharp, organised Operations Planner to maximise fleet efficiency and keep our transport operations running at full capacity. You will plan loads, driver schedules and efficient routes while allocating all jobs in Ignition to ensure optimal utilisation.

Excellent planning, attention to detail and confident communication are essential as you monitor KPIs, drive improvements and solve problems quickly.
