Job summary

Victoria State Emergency Service is seeking a Partnering Agreements & Integration Manager to lead and influence the delivery of operational learning and development programs aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.

The role will drive the 5-year Operational Training Roadmap (OTR) and support ongoing investment to maintain a safe and effective field response. Some meetings outside ordinary hours and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership capabilities in complex organisations.
• Experience in shaping learning and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and expertise to shape and influence the delivery of operational learning and development programs to meet VICSES strategic objectives.
• Lead the implementation of the multi-year Operational Training Roadmap (OTR) to invest in operational training and develop field response members.
• Participate in meetings outside ordinary hours on weeknights or weekends; occasional travel may be required.
