Green Life Clinics is expanding across Victoria and is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Business Operations Manager to take full ownership of one of our high‑performing locations. This hands‑on, floor‑based leadership role focuses on running the clinic and dispensary like a well‑oiled business.

You will own the site P&L, manage labour, roster efficiency and operational cost control while driving performance across patient experience and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ leadership in healthcare or related operational settings.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, labour, and profitability.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with healthcare systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic, practitioner, concierge and dispensary operations.
• Drive site KPIs, productivity, revenue and profitability.
• Own site P&L, labour rostering and cost control.
• Monitor patient flow and appointment utilisation.
• Build a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Ensure compliance across healthcare, pharmacy and workplace rules.
