Indie Campers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cluster of depots in Hazelmere, WA, with focus on customer service, fleet availability, and efficiency. You will coach Supervisors, implement SOPs, and drive KPIs to meet targets.

This leadership role reports to the Regional Director and requires a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. With 7–10 years in operations and 3–5 years in leadership, you will manage multiple locations, commute to the depot, and work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on operational experience (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality).
• 3–5 years in team leadership roles across multiple locations or high-volume depots.
• Fluency in English and strong communication.
• Willingness to commute to Hazelmere WA 6055, Austrália.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive campervans.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Interest in learning the technical details of campervans.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Operations Manager at 23 Stirling Cres, Hazelmere WA 6055, Austrália, you will lead operations across a cluster of depots, ensuring excellence in customer service, fleet availability, and operational efficiency. You will coach and support Operations Supervisors to consistently implement standard operating procedures and hit key performance targets. This is a leadership position with high impact and visibility, reporting directly to the Regional Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a cluster of depots, ensuring they run efficiently, consistently, and in line with Indie Campers’ standards. You’ll be the key link between local teams and central functions, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Depot Leaders across multiple locations
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and high standards of customer service
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve performance
• Collaborating with Central Ops, Finance, and HR teams

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 7–10 years of experience in hands‑on operational roles (rent‑a‑car, logistics, retail, hospitality)
• 3–5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high‑volume depots
• Comfortable acting on operational KPI data
• Amenable to commute to and from the Depot: 23 Stirling Cres, Hazelmere WA 6055, Austrália
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive campervans
• A hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset and the ability to manage teams in dynamic environments
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
• Interest in our product and willingness to learn the technical details of campervans

• Fleet management and vehicle maintenance

Salary Range: 80k-100k/year
