Opteon Property Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Support to oversee our offshore outsourced support operations and deliver exceptional service to customers and valuation teams.

You will manage the performance and delivery of our outsourced provider, ensuring efficient, consistent and customer-focused operations. A commercially minded, hands-on leader with strong partnerships and data-driven improvement mindset is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience managing outsourced offshore support operations.
• Strong vendor and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage SLAs, performance metrics and quality standards.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel internationally (Manila quarterly).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day offshore support operation performance.
• Manage outsourced partner to meet service standards and outcomes.
• Establish service levels, productivity and quality.
• Monitor performance against SLAs using data and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Plan resources with the provider to maintain service levels.
• Governance, reporting and escalation of issues.
• Engage with valuation ops and client-facing teams.
• Travel quarterly to Manila for partner engagement.
