Job summary

PrixCar Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Netley site and SAPOL account, delivering operational excellence and safe, compliant operations. You will oversee planning, labour, stock, and subcontractors to ensure KPI targets are achieved and contracts are managed effectively.

You will bring a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, a proven leadership style, and a commitment to safety, quality and service delivery across automotive logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in an Operations/production management role.
• Ability to lead and develop teams to meet KPI targets.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control production and yard operations to meet customer needs and budgets.
• Coordinate SAPOL account activities to maximise revenue and control costs.
• Manage contract terms, performance against KPI and continuous improvement actions.
• Develop SAPOL account and personnel in line with company strategy.
• Drive safe operating practices and quality management across the site.
