Job summary

Allstar Recruitment Group is seeking an Operations Manager for the Western Australia location to oversee operations, drive business initiatives across engineering, production and field service, and manage HV electrical systems projects.

The role requires strong leadership, production planning and continuous improvement capabilities, with experience in MV/HV electrical projects within mining or utilities markets. This position is based in Perth's northern suburbs and offers a competitive package.

Our client is a market leader in the design, supply and installation of Switchgear Switchyard related engineering products and services. With a great reputation they are seeking the addition of an Operations Manager to take up an integral role in the business

Role

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the WA location, coupled with driving business initiatives and through engineering, production and field service capabilities within the company in relation to HV Electrical Systems / HV Equipment.

• Experience of Production Control, Planning, Scheduling within a Manufacturing / Services Environment.


• Good ability to identify process gaps, initiate continuous improvement activities.


• Experience of managing MV/HV Electrical Engineering projects / business services in relation to Testing, Repair, Switchgear, Switchboards etc.


• Good experience within the Mining, Resources, Utilities related markets.
