Job summary

SMAART Recruitment is helping a Sydney roofing company recruit an experienced Operations Manager to lead field operations across tile and metal divisions. This senior, off-the-tools position requires ownership of crews, subcontractors, quality and job delivery.

You’ll oversee multiple crews, drive safety and standards, inspect sites, manage defects and rectification, and mentor teams to lift performance. A long-term career with direct access to directors awaits.

Qualifications

• Extensive tile or metal roofing experience.
• Experience supervising crews, subcontractors or roofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of roofing defects, installation standards and leak diagnosis.
• Confident leadership and communication skills.

SMAART Recruitment has partnered with one of Sydney’s fastest-growing roofing companies, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead field operations across its tile and metal divisions.

This is a senior, completely off-the-tools position suited to an experienced roofing supervisor, foreman or business owner ready to take ownership of crews, subcontractors, quality and job delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the metal roofing team and supporting crew allocation
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to company standards

What we’re looking for:
