This senior leadership role oversees day-to-day operations across projects, workshop and field teams, with accountability for scheduling, resourcing, budgets and quality.

Qualificações

• Senior Operations Manager or Senior Project Manager seeking next step.
• Electrical trade background or licensed electrician.
• Experience in water/wastewater with switchboards, pump stations or treatment plants.
• Hands-on leader with strong commercial sense and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance in a utility environment.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows the electrical side of water infrastructure inside out.

The role

About you

• You're currently an Operations Manager, or a Senior Project Manager ready for the next step.
• You have an electrical trade background, such as a licensed electrician, E&I or instrumentation.
• You have proven experience in the water and wastewater industry, ideally with switchboards, pump stations, treatment plants
• You're a hands-on leader with strong commercial sense and communication skills.
• You know your way around safety and compliance in a utility environment.
