Job summary

Based at Wheelers Hill head office, you will oversee contract administration, drafting, estimating and customer service, and play a pivotal role in scaling the business through people, process and systems.

We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead and manage the delivery of our residential building operations. This is a critical leadership role working directly with the CEO, responsible for driving performance, improving workflow, and ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently from sales through to completion.

Based at our Wheelers Hill head office, this role oversees key departments including contract administration, drafting, estimating and customer service.

We build across Melbourne and select regional areas. With strong growth plans, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can drive results across people, process and systems.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing workflow across the business, ensuring jobs move efficiently from sales through to construction and handover.

This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving and operational oversight to ensure timelines, quality and customer experience standards are met.
