International Corrosion Services Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead workshop operations and production planning from our Western Australian facility. You will drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement while managing a capable team and ensuring on-time customer delivery.

The role demands strong people management, commercial awareness and hands-on leadership to optimise labour, materials and processes in a stainless steel surface treatment environment.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for workshop operations, production planning, team leadership, cost control and continuous improvement. This position suits a practical leader who combines strong people management with sound commercial judgement.

Key responsibilities

Lead daily workshop operations, production schedules and resource allocation.

Manage workflow, labour utilisation, productivity and customer delivery commitments.

About you

Confidence with Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
