Job summary

JBS Pork Australia is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to lead the Finance Business Partnering team and drive governance, controls, working capital, and decision support. The role is based in Port Melbourne (VIC) or Corowa (NSW) and reports into regional leadership.

You will lead cross-functional finance projects, oversee SAP-based data integrity, and promote a safe workplace while delivering commercial insights to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience in operational finance, business partnering, or manufacturing finance environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Business Partnering team.
• Provide financial leadership and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making and profitability.
