Job summary

SOLPLANET is seeking a proactive operations coordinator to join our team in Sydney. You will help coordinate daily logistics, manage deliveries, and track inventory movements to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires strong communication, a can-do attitude, and a hands-on mindset. You will collaborate with suppliers, installers, and internal teams across an international environment.

Qualifications

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling deliveries, managing shipments, and tracking inventory movements.
• Liaise with suppliers, installers, contractors, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely execution of operational activities.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, equipment allocation, and inventory records to support business operations.
• Manage job scheduling and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update operational documentation, reports, records, and databases.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Track and report key operational metrics, identifying issues and escalating risks where required.
• Manage office administration functions, including office supplies, facilities coordination, and internal communication.

Requirements

How you´ll help us:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including sheduling deliveries, managing shipments, and tracking inventory movements


• Liaise with suppliers, installers, contractors, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely execution of operational activities

• Manage job shceduling and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery


• Prepare, maintain, and update operational documentation, reports, records, and databases


• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)


• Track and report key operational metrics, identifying issues and escalating risks where required


• Manage office administration functions, including office supplies, facilities coordination, and internal communication


• Maintain accurate records with CRM, ERP, and other business management systems


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations


• Support cross-functional collaboration between operations, technical support, and finance teams


• Handle general operational inquiries and provide timely resolutions to internal and external stakeholders


• Identify oppoetunities to improve effficiency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and enhance customer satisfaction
