Job summary

Eco Growth International, Australia’s leading fertiliser manufacturer, seeks an organised Operations Coordinator for the North Tivoli site in Queensland. This part-time role provides admin support across the site, including customer service, logistics, production and delivery processing, and stock control.

The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented with strong MS Office skills; MYOB Acumatica experience is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing/agriculture settings.
  • Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare product kit specifications and record volumes in accounting system.
  • Assist monthly stocktake and daily goods receipting.
  • Coordinate customer orders from inventory and arrange freight.
  • Record and reconcile CHEP pallet documentation.
  • Support traceability of fertiliser batch numbers to customers.
  • Assist accounts payable and receivable.

Job description

Eco Growth International is Australia's leading manufacturer of sustainable, biologically enhanced fertilisers, with operations in Perth and Queensland. Renowned for our innovative products that promote soil health, we cater to conventional and regenerative and domestic retail markets across the country.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for organised, detail orientated Operations Coordinator to join our Qld production team at our North Tivoli site. This is a part‑time position (typically 8:30am-2:30pm Monday- Friday), with flexibility on working hours for the successful candidate.

Please note: This role is currently based at site at North Tivoli, QLD. From July 2027, our operations will be moving to a new state-of-the-art facility in Toowoomba, Qld. Depending on the successful candidate, and whether they intend to continue working from our new site in Toowoomba, this role can be either permanent or a fixed term position.

The Role

This pivotal role provides administrative support across the site, including customer service, logistics, production, and delivery processing. This role is responsiblecoordinating freight, dispatch activities, maintaining accurate stock and pallet records and the conduit between production and finance.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong ability to deliver outstanding customer service within a team environment. You will be willing to assist others as needed, actively contribute to the team, and support the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Prepare product kit specifications, enter volumes manufactured into accounting system, review and resolve differences, as and when they occur.
  • Support monthly stocktake and daily goods receipting
  • Coordinate customer orders from inventory, arrange freight for collection and attend to customer queries
  • Record and reconcile CHEP pallet and other pallet documentation
  • Support/control fertiliser traceability batch numbers to customers, following up on any documentation issues & dispatch errors
  • Support Chep pallet inventory management and transactions
  • Support to accounts payable and receivable
About you:
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience using MYOB Acumatica or similar accounting program is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing and/or agricultural settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
