Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Brisbane is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Portfolio Director and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of a major strategic account.

This role blends operations, finance, HR administration, reporting and compliance to deliver efficient processes and strong stakeholder support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business operations activities, including performance reporting, contract compliance monitoring, and tracking key operational metrics.
  • Prepare and manage client reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality stakeholder communication.
  • Support team operations through process coordination, communications, and continuous administrative support across the business.
  • Assist with financial management activities, including invoicing, accounts receivable, fee escalations, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and P&L reviews.
  • Manage workforce reporting and labour cost allocations, helping maintain accurate headcount and resource planning data.
  • Support end-to-end HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, payroll submissions, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate performance management, remuneration reviews, engagement initiatives, KPI tracking, learning and development programs, and mandatory training completion.
  • Act as the HRIS Proxy Manager, maintaining employee records, processing approvals, validating payroll data, ensuring audit-ready documentation, and escalating compliance risks where required.

The Opportunity:
