Based in Brisbane, you’ll support Property Management leadership across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Cairns. This is a hands-on operations role with a strong commercial lens: protecting fee revenue, improving forecast accuracy, keeping contractual and compliance records on track and turning data into reporting leaders can act on.
You’ll sit across the detail that keeps a large regional team running well, from invoicing, debt recovery and P&L reviews to dashboards, onboarding, systems administration and team communications. It’s a varied remit, but the common thread is simple: accurate information, disciplined follow-through and early visibility of risk and opportunity.
