Job summary

BOC Limited Australia in Canning Vale (WA) is seeking an Operations Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to Production, Engineering and CSCM teams. You will help oversee daily operations, process invoices, and maintain records to ensure efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Full work rights in Australia are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to Production, Engineering and CSCM teams.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily business operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Invoicing and administration, process invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with document preparation, reporting and office processes.
  • Provide administrative support to management, employees and in some cases clients.

What You Will Enjoy Doing
  • Provide administrative assistance to Production, Engineering and CSCM team
  • Support the SHEQ process to achieve SHEQ targets, when required relating to Workers Compensation and RTW
  • Provide administrative assistance to Production, Engineering and CSCM team
  • Oversee and coordinate daily business operations to ensure efficiency
  • Invoicing and administration, process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with document preparation, reporting, and ensuring office processes run smoothly
  • You will provide administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and wider team as needed
  • Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines
  • Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organising files, drafting letters and scheduling meetings
What Makes You Great
  • You must have previous experience in office administration, administrative assistance, or a similar role
  • A proactive, highly motivated attitude with a positive mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, including supporting others during peak periods in other areas of the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and SAP with the ability to learn and use various software and systems
