As Area Manager, you will lead the day-to-day performance of the store, develop your team, drive sales and customer service outcomes, and ensure the operation runs safely, efficiently and in line with our standards. You will be the local business leader for the Retail Network in Mt Isa, balancing people leadership, operational excellence and commercial growth.
