Viva Energy Australia is seeking an Operational Training Specialist to build capability across Area and Store Managers within our store-led training model. You will coach leaders, enable in-store training delivery, and support baseline standards across the retail network.
You will develop frameworks and tools, ensure governance and drive continuous improvement in training outcomes, collaborating with multiple functions to uplift performance and capability in a dynamic retail environment.

Reporting to the Operations Training & Design Lead, the Operational Training Specialist plays a critical role in building the capability of Area Managers and Store Managers to successfully deliver training within our store-led training model. This role focuses on coaching, enabling and supporting field leaders with the tools, standards and confidence needed to deliver effective training and capability development across our retail network.
