Job summary

A leading automotive financial services provider is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to mitigate and manage operational risks. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of experience in the retail finance industry. The successful candidate will evaluate business operations, train staff, manage Key Risk Indicators, and maintain the Business Continuity Management plan. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail finance industry and consumer lending.
• Knowledge of automotive financing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the business through 2nd line monitoring to prevent operational risks.
• Provide training and support to the Operational Risk Delegate network.
• Manage Key Risk Indicators and report areas of concern to senior management.
• Maintain the Business Continuity Management plan with regular updates.
• Implement internal control frameworks, policies, and instructions.
• Participate in monthly National Risk Committee meetings.
