Job summary

Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in Sydney is seeking an Operational Resilience Analyst to strengthen the Markets division by uplifting resilience capabilities across critical market infrastructure. You will work to implement business, operational and technology resilience uplift strategies and collaborate with operations, technology and business stakeholders.

Key duties include developing scenario libraries, incident response playbooks, and delivering on enterprise resilience framework

Qualifications

• Experience building operational resilience for financial services operations.
• Skilled in developing scenario libraries and incident response playbooks.
• Experience delivering business resilience initiatives aligned to CPS 230 requirements.
• Experience with supporting BCP testing, uplift requirements, and remediation actions.
• Experience with monitoring and reporting on resilience.
• Understanding of risk management, risk assessments, controls, risk monitoring and reporting.
• Strong communication skills engaging stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
• Structured and analytical in assessing issues and tailoring uplift activities.

Responsibilities

• Support resilience uplift strategy for Market Operations and execute initiatives.
• Plan and develop scenario libraries and incident response playbooks.
• Lead delivery of resilience framework requirements and ensure all mandated activities are completed on time.
• Support resilience priorities including drills, workshops and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build scenario libraries and recovery strategies for severe scenarios.
• Identify and assess critical operations and operationalise activities under the Operational Resilience Framework.
