Job summary

ASX seeks an Operational Resilience Analyst – Market Operations to strengthen resilience across critical market infrastructure. You will help design and operationalise resilience uplift strategies, develop scenario libraries and incident response playbooks, and ensure on-time delivery of resilience framework requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining operational resilience capabilities for financial services operations.
• Skilled in developing scenario libraries and incident response playbooks.
• Experience delivering business resilience initiatives aligned to regulatory requirements (e.g., CPS 230).
• Experience with supporting BCP testing, uplift requirements and remediation actions.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on resilience and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Market Operations resilience uplift strategy and execute resilience initiatives.
• Plan and execute the development of scenario libraries and incident response playbooks.
• Lead delivery of resilience framework requirements, ensuring all mandated resilience activities are completed on time.
• Support resilience priorities including drills, workshops and assessments.
