Job summary

Perth Airport is seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Lead to support the transition of capital projects into live operations. You will work across projects, coordinating readiness activities, trials, and tests while applying the ORAT framework and engaging airlines, contractors and operations teams.

The role emphasizes structured governance, documentation, and continuous improvement to ensure a smooth operational handover and sustained performance across the airport portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Apply Perth Airport’s ORAT framework across assigned capital projects and coordinate readiness activities.
• Engage with operational, project teams, airlines, contractors and other stakeholders to plan and execute readiness workshops, trials and testing.
• Develop and maintain ORAT plans, readiness trackers and associated documentation.
• Coordinate governance and assurance, maintain records and support informed ORAT decisions.
• Contribute to continuity planning and capture lessons learned to improve processes.

Perth Airport is seeking an experienced **Operational Readiness Lead** to support the successful transition of capital projects into live operational environments. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, this role will apply Perth Airport’s Operational Readiness Framework to ensure operational requirements, impacts and dependencies are identified, coordinated and addressed throughout project delivery. Working closely with operational teams, project teams, airlines, contractors and other key stakeholders, you will coordinate readiness activities and facilitate workshops, trials, testing and other readiness activities to support operational acceptance and effective transition to live operation.
