Formación

• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and standardise ways of working.
• Analyse performance data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and insights to support informed decision-making.

• Facilitate workshops and training to build capability across teams.
• Support governance frameworks and process documentation to ensure consistent execution.
